Dalkin + Co was founded in April 2006 by Colin Dalkin Bsc MRICS.
Prior to that Colin worked for Peter Campbell and Co and then Colliers CRE who took them over in 2004.
Colin has extensive knowledge of the commercial property sector in Scotland and the North of England advising numerous retailers , restaurateurs , licensed operators , landlords and institutions particularly on High Street , local shopping centres , secondary and roadside locations.
Colin has also been involved in advising a number of developers and investors in the retail , licensed and leisure sectors and has in the last few years also focused on the shed and distribution markets and roadside opportunities.
