Dalkin + Co was founded in April 2006 by Colin Dalkin Bsc MRICS.
Colin started at Peter Campbell & Co in 1987 and has extensive
knowledge of the retail sector in Scotland and North East England
advising various retailers, landlords and institutions particularly on
high street, local shopping centres, secondary and roadside locations.
Colin has also been involved in advising a number of developers and
investors in the retail sector.
Currently Colin is acting on behalf of LADBROKES; BARRHEAD TRAVEL; G FORCE; STEPHENS THE
BAKERS; TESCO; LLOYDS PHARMACY; THE STREET BAR; ATLANTIS and JASMIN/ICHIBAN on
the retail side whilst also acting for HENRY BOOT; DAWN GROUP; LTL
PROPERTIES; CRUCIBLE DEVELOPMENTS; ROSEMOUNT PROPERTIES; PARK PROPERTIES and
BRIARHALL ESTATES
